| Utah Storage Services LLC was designed to be the Premier indoor storage facility in
Salt Lake City. Our indoor heated facility is designed to warehouse large and difficult to store items. Our garage doors are large and we have the
ability to store just about anything that can be moved across the road. Our facility is clean and we have an eye for detail. We enjoy what we do and
take care of your equipment as if it were our own. |

| Our 2009 spring project will be adding 33 individual units that will range in size from 45’ deep to 30’ deep.
These units will be 13’ wide and be individually alarmed for 24 hour access. The doors will be 12’ wide and 14’ tall. This will allow easy pick
and delivery of your equipment. We already have a waiting list started for these units. If you want more information on one of these future units
